He didn’t give us the usually state agent jargon. He worked for our sellers and didn’t have to help us at all but he set up a what’s app group and guided us through the whole process. Any time we messaged he’d replied very quickly. Always happy to help, he made the process a lot quicker and smoother by communicating with both sides solicitors and a lot less stressful.
