£350 per let, included in every service tier. Covers collection of tenants' holding and final fees, tenant referencing and Right to Rent checks, drawing up the tenancy agreement, organising compliance certifications, lodgement of the tenant's deposit to DPS (£60 charge to landlord) and arranging the check-in (paid for by the landlord).

Renewals Administration Fee
£350.00, charged to the landlord at tenancy renewal.
